Can waistbeads be worn in the shower?
Yes! Your custom made waistbeads can be worn in the shower. Please be advised that constant contact with water will tarnish any additional charms added to your waistbeads quicker and is best to have minimal contact with water. For longer lasting shine and color to your waistbeads please follow care instructions.
Can I wear my waistbeads all the time?
Yes! Waistbeads are meant to be worn all the time or can be worn at any desired time of your choosing.
The size I measured for my waistbeads does not fit. Can I exchange it for a new one?
Unfortunately because waistbeads are a product worn on the body and we are following COVID regulations carefully; returns or exchanges of any kind are not permitted. We kindly and strongly recommend that all waist measurements are properly taken and adjusted to your liking prior to placing order and inputting desired size.
A color I want is out of stock, can I still preorder that color until it is back?
